Beat your mates
Create a hustle, share a PIN, everyone deposits the same. Prove each activity with a live photo, share the laughs in the group chat, and the group flags any fakes. The most consistent finisher takes the whole pot.
You vs your deposit
No group, no photos. Pin each activity to a place and check in by GPS when you arrive. Whatever you don't earn back goes to charity, so a missed day still does some good.
The maths
Four mates. £10 each.
You earn back the share of your target you complete. The rest is forfeited, and whoever finishes highest takes it.
Pot: £40. Everyone put in £10.

Sam's £20.50: his own £10 back, plus 70% of the £15 the others forfeited. The other 30% keeps Hustlrs running. Solo works the same, except your forfeit goes to charity instead of to a winner.
The honest FAQ
Questions you're thinking.
Is this gambling?
No. You deposit money on your own behaviour, which is entirely in your control: complete your activities and your deposit is safe regardless of what anyone else does. No chance, no odds, no house against you. It's a commitment device, and it's 18+ only.
Friends or solo, which do I pick?
Friends if you want rivalry and a pot to win off your mates. Solo if it's just you, no group needed, you check in by location and anything you forfeit goes to charity. You can run both at once.
What if everyone hits their target?
Everyone gets every penny back and you all win. That's the point!
Can't people fake it?
In friends mode, photos are taken live in-app and the whole group sees them, so anyone can flag a fake and a majority flag means it doesn't count. In solo mode there's nothing to fake: the check-in is GPS-verified, so you have to actually be at the place.
How does my money move?
Charged to your card by Stripe when you join. When it ends, your share plus any winnings land in your in-app wallet, and you can withdraw to your bank anytime. Hustlrs never sees your card or bank details.
What if I only complete half my activities?
You get half your deposit back. The maths is always proportional: complete 75%, keep 75%. Your forfeit goes to the winner, or to charity in solo.
